Get ready for a GILMORE GIRLS reunion at this year’s Emmys!

“Nearly a decade after Netflix’s GILMORE GIRLS: A YEAR IN THE LIFE revival aired in 2016, Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham are set to reunite at the 2025 Emmy Awards,” E! News reported, explaining that the pair will appear as presenters at the awards ceremony.

Bledel and Graham have kept in touch over the years and often gush about their time together on the massively popular teen show.

“I met Alexis in the lobby of the hotel and we just always really got along,” Graham said during a recent episode of the CALL HER DADDY podcast. “We did just feel immediate chemistry.”

She joked, “We are very different energies. She is a shyer, quieter person, which has been perfect. If you had two loud mes, you’d not have a good balance.”

In a 2016 interview with Glamour, Bledel recalled their first meeting, saying, “I was 18, and I just remember Lauren was a real professional actress, and this was my first job. She had all the poise and confidence and energy of a performer! That was a new thing for me. I didn’t know how to be that yet, so I just remember being a little bit…dazzled.”

While the pair will reunite for the Emmys, it’s still unknown if the onscreen mother-daughter duo will appear in an upcoming documentary celebrating the GILMORE GIRLS’ 25th anniversary, titled SEARCHING FOR STARS HOLLOW.

“SEARCHING FOR STARS HOLLOW will reveal how GILMORE GIRLS came to life, why it continues to resonate across generations, and how its unique blend of humor, heart and pop culture shaped a devoted worldwide fan community with an in-depth look at its creation and the connections it continues to foster,” co-director Meghna Balakumar told The Hollywood Reporter. “This documentary is for fans of the show but also for anyone with an interest in cultural history and how it affects individual lives.”

Cast members Kelly Bishop, Jared Padalecki, Chad Michael Murray, Keiko Agena and Liz Torres are some of the familiar faces set to appear in the doc.

Graham and Bledel have not been confirmed for the project, but Graham recently told Jimmy Fallon she will “always say yes” to doing more GILMORE GIRLS.

“I would, yes!” she said when asked if she would return for another reboot project. “I always say yes because it’s the best part I ever had, and I love doing it. It was the perfect material at the perfect time with the perfect writer, and it just means so much to me.”

While there’s no word yet on whether we’ll see Graham and Bledel team up again for another GILMORE GIRLS project, fans of the show are excited to see the pair take the stage at the Emmys!
