The three audio/visual technologies with the steepest, quickest adoption rates over the past 120 years have been VCRs, Cell phones, and the Internet, closely followed by Color TV, Radio and Basic TV.
Telephones and computers had much more gradual adoption rates, according to a chart from a technology study by Broad Street Interactive.
