The Case for Christ author Lee Strobel will show evidence that God and heaven really exist in his new documentary, THE STORY OF EVERYTHING.
“Whatever begins to exist has a cause,” Strobel explained to Fox News. “We now know that the universe began to exist at some point in the past so there must be a cause behind the universe. Well what kind of cause could bring the universe into existence?”
He has logical reasons for God’s existence.
“It must be transcendent because we had to be separate from creation, must be spirit because it existed before the physical world, must be eternal or timeless because it existed before time came into being, must be powerful, must be smart, must be personal because they had to make the decision to create, must be creative — just look at the universe,” he continued. “Must be loving ‘cause he crafted a habitat so carefully for us to flourish in and then the scientific principle…tells us there’s just one creator.”

This logic rules out that creation is cyclical.
This “goes a long way toward establishing there is a creator who matches a description of the God of the Bible,” he said.
Part of the movie’s description reads, “From the precise laws that govern the stars to the intricate patterns found in every living cell, the film traces evidence of intentional design throughout nature.”
Strobel was an atheist and journalist who investigated whether Christ is the son of God and found it to be true.
“It would have taken more faith to maintain my atheism than to become a Christian, and my life was transformed. My values, my character, my morality, my attitude, my parenting,” he explained. “…My daughter, who used to run and hide when I’d come home from work from The Chicago Tribune, because she thought I’d be drunk or whatever, she later became a Christian because she saw the difference God made in my life.”
The movie features commentary from Strobel; Dr. Stephen C. Meyer, philosopher of science and director Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture in Seattle; renowned mathematician John Lennox; Paypal co-founder Peter Thiel; cosmologist Brian Keating, Professor of Physics at the Center for Astrophysics & Space Sciences in the Department of Physics at the University of California; astrophysicist Luke A. Barnes; mathematician David Berlinksi; philosopher Jay W. Richards; plasma physicist Robert Sheldon, and more experts.
The doc comes out in theaters on April 30.
