Some of YouTube’s biggest creators recently came together to take part in a special day at Disney for Make-A-Wish children.
“What happens when Disney, Make-A-Wish, and MrBeast join forces to grant nearly 40 Avengers-inspired wishes? You get a night of heroic proportions,” a post on the Disney Parks Blog shared.
The post continued, “As part of Disney Week of Wishes, our company-wide celebration of wish-granting around the world, Wishes Assemble is a first-of-its-kind wish event for nearly 40 kids battling critical illnesses and their families at Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure park at Disneyland Resort.”

Creators like Mr. Beast, Movieguide® Award-nominees Dude Perfect, Sam & Colby, PrestonPlayz & BriannaPlayz and Clix all took part in this special event.
Mr. Beast, a.k.a. Jimmy Donaldson, told PEOPLE that he got the idea for the event after hosting many Make-A-Wish children at his studio.
“I was like, ‘Hey, what if instead of giving them a tour of Beast Studio, we get my wishes together at Disneyland? And on top of that, what if we invite all the other creators who have a lot of Wishes there?'” Donaldson shared. “So the Wishes not only get to meet their favorite creators, but all their others — their second, their third, their fourth, fifth, sixth favorite creator — in the most magical place on earth.”
He posted about the event on Instagram, writing, “Days like this are what it’s all about 💙Thank you @disney @disneyparks for hosting us :).”
Dude Perfect’s Coby Cotton told PEOPLE, “We all have kids ourselves, and we’ve just realized you would do absolutely anything for your kids. To watch these families who are going through a really difficult time…showcase so much courage and joy and just to be able to play a small part in that is just one of the main reasons we love Make-A-Wish and getting to be a part of it.”
“Obviously, I think we can all agree that seeing a kid suffer or deal with some unfair sickness is just heartbreaking,” Donaldson said. “To be able to give them a day where they don’t have to think about that — where they’re just smiling ear to ear, they’re super happy, their parents are outside of the hospital room and get to just be happy with them — is obviously the best part. It’s just making them happy and helping them be distracted and just have a good time and realize life is fun.”
