British TV personality and TOP GEAR star Jeremy Clarkson announced he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer in the final episode of Season 5 of CLARKSON’S FARM.

“I’ve got cancer,” he told his co-workers on the episode. “I’ll have to go and have an operation and then, the operation is in and out in no time, but your body’s out of action for a little while.”

He explained that he “disappeared off the other week” to go to the doctor for a biopsy. The doctor said the cancer was “aggressive” but noted that they caught it “really early.”

At the end of the season, Clarkson told viewers, “So we started season five in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five, I’m back in a hospital bed,” he said, referring to the earlier heart operation. “Some of the treatment has gone awry, let’s say. I’ll probably be here for a little while.”

He added, “What I wanted to say was: if this is all successful, I’ll see you for Season 6. And if it isn’t, I won’t. Take care, everyone.”

The Mayo Clinic explains, “Prostate cancer is a growth of cells that starts in the prostate…Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. Prostate cancer is usually found early, and it often grows slowly. Most people with prostate cancer are cured.”

Clarkson warned CLARKSON’S FARM fans that the final two episodes were going to be difficult.

“I got some good news and some somber news. Good news is that Hawkeston has finally had an advert accepted, and it’ll be shown just before kickoff in the England match tomorrow evening,” he said a few days ago. “Somber news, CLARKSON’S FARM. Ordinarily we try to keep the show bucolic and charming and cheerful, but the final two episodes, which drop in the middle of the night tonight, are then none of those things really there. There are difficult watch. They’re really, really difficult.”

People in the comment section encouraged Clarkson in his fight.

“Keep fighting Jeremy. My dad had prostate cancer twice, once in his 40s and again in his 70s. He made a full recovery both times and lived to the grand age of 91. Sending prayers 🙏” one fan said.

Another commented, “We’re all rooting for you Jeremy, stay strong mate 🤝 you mean so much to so many people, take care of yourself.”

CLARKSON’S FARM streams on Amazon Prime Video. Keep Clarkson in your prayers.
