Nick Nujicic Excited to Be Used by God at Big Jesus Tent Event

Speaker and author Nick Vujicic is open about his life with no arms or legs, and how God has used that to minister to millions around the globe.
Ahead of his Big Jesus Tent event, Vujicic hopes to share the good news of having a relationship with Christ in a unique way.
While selling out major stadiums is an effective way to reach many people, Vujicic said that holding meetings in a giant tent allows for more consecutive days of discipleship; something that is close to his own heart.
“It really was birthed in a dream and it goes hand in hand with what the Lord really wants the church to do, which is to come and unify and reach the lost and see them disciplined,” he said the event. “I’ve done 3500 speeches in 79 countries in front of 9.8 million people face to face and 750 million people digitally, out of the 9.8 million, 1.2 million came to Jesus. But what happens after that?”
“We know that most ministries out there who had a stadium, they only have it for the event,” he added. “Basically what the tent allows is multiple nights and is much cheaper. Then when I speak Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, one week, and then the following week, the people who gave their lives to Jesus Christ in the first week bring unsaved people the next week. This is the third time we’re going up, but this is the first time that we will fill 6500 seats.”
In a recent I Am Second Video, Vujicic discussed not only his physical hardships but also his mental wrestling; years of depression that culminated in a suicide attempt. However, Vujicic hopes that by sharing his story of how God has used him for His glory, will give others hope.
“It takes one day at a time because faith is everything, to believe what he says in the Bible, despite what you feel, despite what you see, and despite whatever else,” he said. “Faith is not that everything’s going to be great and perfect and smooth. Most of the people in the Bible go through ups and downs yet that’s how He strengthens us in our spiritual walk, is having to lean upon him. I think memorizing scriptures was something that really encouraged me as well.”
Vujicic hopes that his ministry continues to show people their need for a savior and that God can use anyone to accomplish his plans.

Vujicic said that what stuck with him as a child was not the miracle of sight, but the blind man’s faith in Christ.
“For me, that changed my life, not because of another miracle,” he said. “I prayed for arms and legs, he didn’t give me arms and legs. The miracle itself didn’t change me, but when I read the faith of the blind man, be still and know that I am God, he could have quickly said who are you, what do you want, what’s the plan, tell me your plan then I’ll trust you. No, if he gave us the blueprint of the whole plan then where’s the room for faith.”
“That’s when I realized, more than arms and legs, my disability is my broken lost soul,” he added. “If Dallas Jenkins and Nick Vujicic are walking side by side out in a public area and we’re both smiling they’re going to notice my smile more than you. Why? because they notice a man without arms and legs who should be sad, who should be depressed, who should be whatever… the saints of God, the children of God are positive because we are children of the king of kings and Lord of lords and I’m ambassador of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords standing in front of the gates of hell and redirecting traffic and saying, ‘God, use me. Change my circumstance and if you don’t change my circumstance use my circumstance for the sake of the glory, so that one more would know that if God can use a man without arms and legs to be his hands and feet then God can use any willing heart.”
