Forrest Frank has some advice for young men who might be “facing adversity” — and it’s a reminder we all could use.
“I just go back to Jesus,” the viral Christian singer said after a fan asked him what advice he’d give.
“Just a simple thing. If I’m struggling, you can throw a band aid on it. You can go to other people. You can ask for advice from other people, but it’s not going to fully renew your soul like getting alone with the Lord and reading the Bible and believing and having faith in what the Bible says,” he emphasized.
Frank added, “So I would just go 100% on the Bible, just like read what it says, believe what it says, walk in faith.”

Hebrews 4:12 confirms this when it says, “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
Frank frequently uses his platform to encourage others in the Lord. Last year he posted an intimate clip of a moment where he kneeled on stage and sang worship songs over the crowd. The caption of the post reads, “could live in this part forever.”
In the comment section, one person said, “I really love this……worship has a special place in my heart💯💯💯 We all need to just be still and focus our eyes on Him and just love on Him and just praise Him❤️❤️❤️”
Another fan added, “I loved this part at the concert! You can just feel God there 🙌”
More and more Americans recognize the truth that Frank shared: that the Bible is not only important; it is the most important and has the power to transform lives.
“Why this renewed curiosity about the Bible? One possible reason is the Bible’s growing presence in public discourse,” Jennifer Holloran said in the American Bible Society’s State of the Bible report. “With such wide access to Scripture in the U.S., many are choosing to look past others’ portrayals of the Bible and discover what the Bible actually says for themselves.”
She added, “The Church has a unique opportunity in this moment— to invite seekers into genuine encounters with the living Word of God. As Psalm 34:8 encourages, ‘Find out for yourself how good the LORD is.’”
If you’re struggling in your faith right now, take Frank’s advice to heart and seek God in His word. He promises that you will find Him.
