On the morning of Christmas Eve, Shaun looks inside the farmhouse and sees two big stockings hanging on a laundry line. They’re much bigger than the puny Christmas stockings the farmer’s dog gave them. Meanwhile, the farmer puts too much carbonated fixings in the lemon soda he plans to sell at the town’s Christmas fare that day.

Shaun and his son, Timmy, sneak into the farmer’s house to steal the socks, but they have to pretend to be Christmas presents when the farmer, dressed as Santa, comes downstairs. Timmy, hiding in a Christmas box, exits the house through the doggie door, and mistakes the farmer for Santa. He hops in the farmer’s truck when he leaves for the fair.

Shaun and the other sheep follow the farmer’s truck to the fair. However, at the fair, Timmy wanders into the Santa display, and Santa gives the Christmas box to a little girl. She takes the box with Timmy in it home with her.
