STREET FIGHTER is filled with brief fight scenes designed to give fans as much arcade-like one-on-one combat as possible. At the same time, the film depicts the classic battle between good and evil where all kinds of “good” guys come together to fight the tyranny of evil and several positive moral points are thrown in for good measure. Also, the hero is portrayed as a powerful, charismatic leader, with ingenuity and poise. However, there are many disturbing elements in the film including some New Age undertones such as the villain who believes he is a god.
