THE WONDER OF IT ALL is stirring and, at times, patriotic. The movie notes that the Apollo astronauts were supported by 455,000 people working at NASA. It also reminds viewers of the sacrifice and hard work that went into the program, which cost seven lives, including one traffic accident. Astronaut Charlie Duke, the 10th man to walk on the moon, puts everything into perspective, saying: “My service to God through my faith is an even greater service. . . . I want to be remembered as a man who did that.”

THE WONDER OF IT ALL is another compelling documentary about the American astronauts in the Apollo Space Program who landed on the moon. The movie is composed mostly of interviews with seven of the 12 astronauts who walked on the moon. It is divided into several sections, such as Becoming a Hero, Making History, The Moon, Back Home, Spirituality, and Reflections. The seven astronauts discuss the different aspects of the mission they were given. They mention how focused everyone was on accomplishing that mission and doing their duty, but they also tell how the experience of landing and walking on the moon affected them then and now.
