Dennis Quaid remembered his “magical” experience working with the late Natasha Richardson on THE PARENT TRAP.

“Natasha, she was just an incredible person and amazing,” he said during an appearance on OUT OF ORDER. “If there’s anybody I’d ever want to work with again, it’d be her.”

Quaid continued, “She was a great person, besides being an amazing actor to work with. She really was, and the way she went was…just a little accident on the ski slope.”

Richardson died in 2009 after suffering a head injury from a skiing accident. She was 45 years old.

“There’s just something magical about her…She’s just present when you’re working with her,” Quaid continued. “I really miss her.”

The actor has previously spoken about Richardson, telling E! News, “Natasha, God bless her. She passed from us about 10 years ago and she’s so sorely missed. What a beautiful, beautiful woman, great person.”

Quaid has also spoken highly of one of his other PARENT TRAP co-stars, recently naming Lindsay Lohan as “the most gifted child actor, or actor, that I think I’ve ever worked with.”

“She was 11 and I did the screen test with her,” he recalled, laughing, “I thought there was two people myself because she just went right into this English accent.”

Co-stars Elaine Hendrix and Lisa Ann Walter have also shared their fond memories of THE PARENT TRAP’s production; the pair became lifelong friends on the set of the movie.

“They just don’t make movies like that anymore,” Hendrix told E! News. “We were on it for six months, going to all these incredible locations, incredible food and incredible people.”

Walter added, “It’s what we always say, ‘Jobs come and go, partners come and go, but this is forever.’ A bestie, that’s the person that you call and is your go-to. We never have to worry about that going away. It is completely safe, secure, dependable and reliable. And if you don’t have that person in your life, get you one.”

So, could a PARENT TRAP sequel be in the works?

“A lot of people talk about it, a lot of people want it,” Hendrix told Entertainment Weekly, adding that the cast is “totally game, we’re just, I think we’re all just waiting, you know?”

Fans of THE PARENT TRAP, keep your fingers crossed for that sequel!
