Lee Greenwood Announces Special Edition ‘God Bless the USA’ Bible

Singer Lee Greenwood, in partnership with Elite Source Pro, is releasing a special limited edition of the Bible. Inspired by Greenwood’s patriotic hit “God Bless the USA,” the God Bless The USA Bible is a large-print “easy-reading” experience and embodies the spirit which guided the Founding Fathers of the United States.
“I’m grateful for the impact ‘God Bless The USA,’ has had over the past four decades and hopeful that this new opportunity will bring continued encouragement and hope to Americans everywhere,” says Greenwood.
The Movieguide® Awards Gala host celebrated 40 years in the entertainment industry last December and was recently inducted into the CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) Hall of Fame at the 2022 annual gathering in Florida. He is only the third person to receive the honor. In an interview with Fox Nation at the conference, Greenwood took a moment to present copies of the God Bless the USA Bible to correspondents Kayleigh McEnany and Pete Hegseth. He also presented one to Donald Trump, Jr.

“I was taken aback by the fact they are giving me the Hall of Fame award. What is that – at CPAC?! And then I found out that [Wayne] LaPierre and [Rush] Limbaugh are the only other two who received that – and I’m a farmer and a musician – that’s high cotton!”
Known for his stand-out patriotism and support of the U.S. military, Greenwood has been honored with the Congressional Medal of Honor Society’s National Patriot’s Award and entertained troops on more than 30 USO Tours.
The custom God Bless The USA Bible features the popular King James Version translation of the Bible with the additional inclusion of America’s “founding documents” —The Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and Pledge of Allegiance. Additionally, it will include the handwritten chorus lyrics of “God Bless The USA” penned by Greenwood, who both wrote and recorded the song.
Greenwood previously performed at the Movieguide® Awards Gala and Report to the Entertainment Industry.
“My heart is a little heavy for all the troops out in the desert sucking sand while we are in this beautiful hotel. On the other hand, I think the right attitude is to let them know that we support this movement and we’re going to take a dictator out who has been suppressing and killing his people. With that in mind, we are here to celebrate America’s resolve to have entertainment that is morally conscious,” Greenwood said at the time.
“‘God Bless the USA’ is certainly an anthem for me and I don’t know if it was a dream to have this length of term, but I am very happy to sing it whenever I can,” he told Movieguide®.
