PAW PATROL PUPS SAVE THANKSGIVING is a fun, animated adventure that kids can enjoy again and again. The animation is simple, but it is made on a TV budget, so it does not distract its entertaining storyline and cute characters. Every Paw Patrol member has a role to play, and the story is very engaging for a younger audience. The writing makes the drama move fast, and every actor delivers a believable performance.
The episode does a grand job of showing that every character cares about the other. People will appreciate the segment where Marshall does something he usually does not do, and the other characters congratulate him rather than express jealousy. From Marshall’s perspective, he could have shown off, but he did not. And speaking of Marshall, when he has low self-esteem, he claims to always mess everything up. He heard his team members laughing at him. Without skipping a beat, all his friends on Team Paw Patrol assure him they are not talking about him, and Ryder tells him they would not be Paw Patrol without Marshall.
Another interesting aspect of the show is that every character, except Mayor Humdinger, is quite likable, which could be a problem because it portrays the main characters as flawless. However, the benefit is that children can see role models they can imitate to do good and show the importance of working together, which is a fantastic message. Even some adults will fall in love with the characters and breathe a sigh of relief that their kids can watch something clean without having to censor it.
