HOUSE OF DAVID’s Michael Iskander imitated his inner David as he celebrated the second season of his show officially launching on the all new Wonder Project streaming platform.
“Mood because HOUSE OF DAVID season 2 is officially out! 🕺🏻🏛️🙌🏼,” Wonder Project posted on Instagram alongside a video of Iskander dancing.
“And David danced before the Lord with all his might,” 2 Samuel 6:14 read over the video.
“Watch the new season only on Wonder Project on Prime Video ❤️🔥.”

The first season of HOUSE OF DAVID proved to be extremely popular, at times landing the No. 1 spot on all of Prime Video’s TV show catalog. Season 2, meanwhile, serves as the flagship show for Wonder Project’s subscription service hosted on Prime Video.

Season 2 of the show has the opportunity to be even more epic than the first as the nation of Israel now struggles to find its identity after wiping out the existential threat it faced in the first season. Meanwhile, David confronts ever more danger as King Saul continues to seek the life of the person who he believes has stolen his right to the kingdom.
“It’s a story that people are familiar with…but not a lot of people know the details of that story, so I think it has this great familiarity to it, [and] there’s a comfort to that, but also mystery, because there’s so many details of it that people don’t know,” Jon Gunn told Movieguide®. “I think the combination of all that, plus the fact that it’s epic…it kind of gives something for everyone.”
While HOUSE OF DAVID is a major draw for those considering subscribing to the Wonder Project platform, it also holds many high quality shows and movies that are also available now that the service has launched.
