HOUSE OF DAVID Season 2 will launch exclusively for Wonder Project subscribers on Oct. 5, coinciding with the launch of the studio’s own streaming service.
The first original show to come to the service — which will be available as an add-on on Prime Video — is HOUSE OF DAVID Season 2, alongside a library of curated shows and movies specifically selected for their family-friendly and morally uplifting stories. HOUSE OF DAVID served as one of the most popular shows on Prime Video earlier this year, becoming the No.1 show on the platform as new episodes were released and amassing an audience of over 40 million.

“We are blown away by the success of HOUSE OF DAVID and can’t wait for audiences to be swept away into the epic action and drama of Season 2,” said director and founder of Wonder Project Jon Erwin. “Our audience is underserved and craves a destination they can trust with exceptional originals and curated movies and TV shows. With the new Wonder Project subscription on Prime Video, we will be delivering all of that and more.”
Other shows and movies set to be available through the subscription at launch include MR. BEAN, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, THE MYSTERIOUS BENEDICT SOCIETY, SHERLOCK, AMERICAN UNDERDOG, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, JESUS REVOLUTION, THE SANDLOT, RUDY and THE SOUND OF MUSIC. Wonder Project also has many exciting projects coming soon which include SARAH’S OIL, IT’S NOT LIKE THAT, YOUNG WASHINGTON, FLYER and comedian Nate Bargatze’s first movie, THE BREADWINNER.
“The dream of the Wonder Project is to create a trusted brand that serves the faith and values audience globally with movies and TV shows they didn’t know were possible,” Erwin said when launching the studio in 2023. “We will achieve this by giving the creatives dedicated to this audience (including myself) a level of freedom and resources they’ve never had before.”
Launching Wonder Project’s own subscription platform will certainly help Erwin continue to achieve this goal. The Wonder Project subscription service will be available through Prime Video starting on Oct. 5, and it is set to cost $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year.
