By Movieguide® Contributor
The beloved characters of BLUEY are officially coming to Disney’s parks and cruise lines!
In a press release from Walt Disney Co., the company announced BLUEY’s characters will join Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida on land and Disney Cruise Line at sea, starting this month.
Families will be able to have “special meet-and-greets” with Bluey and Bingo, as well as take part in “an interactive and clue-filled game that ends in a dance party featuring Bluey’s signature moves, families in the region can embark on a magical holiday with their favorite blue heeler,” per the press release.
The release also shared that BLUEY’s producers are “working closely” with Disney on more activities for fans to enjoy.
BLUEY’s inclusion in Disney’s parks and cruise lines is part of the company’s ongoing partnership with the show. In December, Disney announced it acquired the streaming rights for the upcoming BLUEY feature film.

Brumm, the show’s creator, said he was “excited” to work on the movie but has publicly announced that the BLUEY movie will be his last project with the franchise — for now.
“I’ve decided to take a break from my involvement in the TV series,” he wrote in a letter to fans. “Bluey has completely changed my life. It’s been an immensely satisfying thing to be a part of, more than I can really put into words.”
Brumm added, “To be clear, this is not an announcement about the end of the show, but it is an acknowledgment that my focus will be on the film.”
