Danica McKellar Is the ‘Luckiest Woman on the Planet’ — Here’s Why

Great American Family star Danica McKellar just celebrated 10 years of marriage to her husband, Scott Svelosky.
In a new post on her Instagram, the actress shared photos from their big day.
“Exactly 10 years ago, we said, ‘I do!’ 💍 November 15, 2014, just before 6:30am, we held a small sunrise ceremony on a secluded beach in Kauai – only 20 people, including us. ❤️ I still remember the golden glow on your face as I walked down the aisle,” she wrote in the caption. “Ten years has flown by, and I feel like the luckiest woman on the planet! Happy 10-year anniversary, my love!”

The couple met for the first time in 2013 after they were set up by mutual friends. What was supposed to be just a simple coffee date turned into a whole day of laughter and fun.
On Oct. 16, McKellar shared several photos of the couple through the years.
“Exactly 11 years ago today, Oct 16, 2013, my life changed forever when I met Scott on a blind date, set up via mutual friends!” the Great American star wrote. “We didn’t get a picture that day, but the first shot here is from Nov 2013. 🥰 And BTW, we pretty much instantly knew that day we’d found our forever. I still remember sitting down across from him and trying hard not to giggle – actually I couldn’t stop giggling at first – I was instantly smitten, staring at my future husband! ❤️✨️🥰 Happy Anniversary of our first date, my love!”
McKellar’s next movie, A CINDERELLA CHRISTMAS BALL, debuts on Great American Family on Nov. 29, the day after Thanksgiving.
It follows “Chelsea Jones, a dance instructor, as she travels to the small European country of Havenshire in search of her heritage during the Christmas break.”
“Shout-out to @dancingwiththestars ‘s uber-talented @glebsavchenko for choreographing the waltzes, and to my amazing British costar @olivermrice for being such a quick dance study the month leading up to our shoot!” McKellar wrote on Instagram.
