Danica McKellar Knows You’ll Love Her Next Christmas Flick

The holiday season is almost upon us, which means cozy Christmas movies are on the way!
Great American Family has a huge holiday line-up in store, including A CINDERELLA CHRISTMAS BALL starring Danica McKellar.

The actress took to Instagram to celebrate her new movie.
“Ok, so… anybody’s Christmas decorations up yet? 😋 Some wait until the *day after* Thanksgiving… and that’s exactly when #ACinderellaChristmasBall premieres! 👑🎄❤️🎬” she posted under the movie’s poster.
She continued, “Mark your calendars, and plan to snuggle up & get carried away in the magic of #ACinderellaChristmasBall, Friday November 29th at 8pmET on @greatamericanfamily. 😎 And yes, there’s a big Cinderella-style ball, and yes, there’s romantic ballroom dancing! 🕺💃”
McKellar stars as dance instructor Chelsea Jones. The synopsis reads:
Just before Christmas, Chelsea discovers a photo she’s never seen before. Chelsea thinks the young woman is her birth mother who passed away when she was only five years old. The woman is in a wedding dress tugging on the hand of a man wearing a wedding ring, but that is all that can be seen of the man Chelsea believes may be her father. The photo’s handwritten inscription reads, “Our place, Havenshire, December 23, 1984.” With only the internet, a plane ticket, and lifelong determination to go on, Chelsea now has four days in Havenshire to solve the mystery of her birth family. Along the way, she’ll have to sneak into a castle, teach a stubborn Prince how to dance, and be in just the right place on Christmas Eve when the bells toll.
She teamed up with DANCING WITH THE STARS’ Gleb Savchenko to create the dance sequences for the film.
“Shout-out to @dancingwiththestars ‘s uber-talented @glebsavchenko for choreographing the waltzes, and to my amazing British costar @olivermrice for being such a quick dance study the month leading up to our shoot!” she wrote. “I cannot wait for you all to see this exciting, royal, romantic movie!! 💃🎄🎬❤️”
Fans commented with excitement about the new film.
“It wouldn’t be Christmas without you being in a Christmas princess movie. I love them all! ❤️🎄👑” one user said.
Another person chimed in, “Literally counting down the days for this movie!!! 🙌❤️💚❤️ we need another Danica movie this Christmas; one just doesn’t cut it!”
Great American Family is already spreading holiday cheer.
