Worship artist Taya Gaukrodger, aka TAYA, celebrated the life of Isaac Coleman, son of Danny Go! creator Daniel and Mindy Coleman, by calling the 14-year-old’s life an “unrepeatable miracle.”

“What an unrepeatable miracle Isaac was and his life will continue to be. Thankful for his resilient life, what a gift and I can’t imagine the heartache this side of Heaven. We are so so sorry. Our thoughts and our prayers are with and for you, Mindy and Levi. O God have mercy, thank You that You are here and present with them and thank You that You weep too,” Taya commented on the post announcing Isaac’s death.

Isaac was born with Fanconi anemia and underwent dozens of surgeries and organ transplants. He eventually faced oral cancer.

Despite the teen’s many health struggles, the Coleman family frequently celebrated Isaac’s progress.

“Tried not to be too mushy with him today, but something about 13 hit @mindycoleman and I hard and made us so emotional 🥹 If you had asked us when he was born if he would make it to 13, I think we would have both in our hearts thought probably not. But he’s still going strong and has had an amazingly peaceful year by his standards. He has faced SO many challenges medically, physically, emotionally…but I am just so so proud of him and how hard he works every day,” Coleman posted last year.

Coleman also called Isaac, “So resilient and charming.”

Isaac’s death deeply impacted thousands of families around the world who adored Danny Go! and the mission it was created for.

Other children’s content creators offered their condolences and support to the Coleman family.

The official Blippi account commented on Coleman’s post: “I’m so sorry for your loss. The bravest knight will never be forgotten 🤍 sending love to you and your family.”

Creator Heidi Calmus wrote: “We’ve all been thinking of and praying for Issac and the family. This news is hard, and we will keep you close in our hearts. Thanks so much for sharing him with us, may he rest well, and may this next part of the journey for you be met with grace and comfort.”

AMAZING RACE winners and creators the Holderness Family added: “May his memory be a blessing to us all❤️ thank you for sharing him with us. We are so sorry for your loss.”

Coleman has yet to make a public statement beyond announcing Isaac’s death.

Earlier this year, Danny Go! cancelled their tour so Coleman and his wife, Mindy, also part of the Danny Go! team, could stay home and spend the last few months with Isaac and their younger son, Levi.

“Haven’t updated on Isaac’s cancer in a bit and it’s still difficult for me to process and talk about,” Coleman said about a month before Isaac’s death. “But the high-level update is that his cancer has continued to spread aggressively and his energy levels have dropped very low. We’re in the midst of a short palliative radiation round right now to slow down the growth of a large mass under his right eye, but we’ve shifted into a comfort-focused approach with him overall. He has a hospice team onboard now to help manage the pain & we are just doing our best to make each day as enjoyable and restful as possible for him. Mindy and I are heartbroken watching him decline, knowing how frustrating and scary this must be for him. But we’re trying to hold it all together & keep soaking up the time we still have with our boy.”

Please continue to keep the Coleman family in your prayers.
