Great American Family just announced their latest series, CROSSROAD SPRINGS!
“We are very proud to introduce our audience to this new series,” Bill Abbott, President and CEO of Great American Media, said in a statement. “Like our other original series, CROSSROAD SPRINGS furthers our mission to create meaningful content anchored in timeless values.”
He continued, “With compelling storytelling, heartfelt performances, and themes that encourage and inspire, CROSSROAD SPRINGS continues the Great American Media tradition of wholesome entertainment for the entire family.”
CROSSROAD SPRINGS follows the Hamilton family, who are struggling to keep their ranch afloat. Adult siblings James, a pastor, and Janet, an ER doctor, return to Crossroad Springs to help the family business.
“Once there, the siblings encounter the son of the owner of the neighboring farm, Daniel Newman, who are all wary of each other due to a generational feud between the families,” an official description of the show reads. “As he settles into his new day-to-day life on the farm, James begins to realize there are no places to worship on the thousands of acres of farms.”
It continues, “There, in the environment of come-as-you-are vibes, barns, rodeo arenas, even outdoors under clear night skies, James starts a cowboy church right there in the place where faith, family, and ranch life go hand in hand.”

“HYPE INCOMING!!!” McLaren posted on his Instagram story. “#CrossroadSprings coming soooon!”
Erin Agostino also celebrated the show’s announcement, writing in an Instagram story, “Something exciting coming in August.”
In an interview with Movieguide®, Abbott discussed GAF’s commitment to delivering family-friendly movies and shows to viewers.
“We started [GAF] with a belief that the majority of people are tired of what they see on TV, and that there isn’t a place that allows viewers to come to and be inspired and uplifted and have faith and family at the forefront of what they view,” he explained. “They can’t watch with their families. We want to be that outlet.”
Abbott continued, “The vast majority, if not all, of the entertainment outlets in the business are edgy and salacious, they are the bottom of the barrel in terms of the content that they produce. We wanted to be the quality creator of everything that is faith and family for viewers.”
CROSSROAD SPRINGS premieres on Pure Flix Aug. 28 and on the Great American Family Channel on Aug. 31.
