Here’s everything to know about HGTV’s 2026 lineup.
BARGAIN BLOCK, MARRIED TO REAL ESTATE and FARMHOUSE FIXER are cancelled, but reno fans will still get to see new episodes of FIXER TO FABULOUS Season 7 and a new season of HOME TOWN in January 2026, Entertainment Now reported.
HGTV said about HOME TOWN Season 10, “This season, the duo will makeover the maternity ward and waiting room of the local hospital, transform a house for Ben’s brother Jesse and his growing family and remodel a home for a newly engaged couple who plans to host their wedding there. In the season opener, the Napiers will take on their largest Home Town overhaul yet to fix up one of Laurel’s most well-known abodes for a homeowner who has lived there for over five decades.”
The Scott brothers’ CELEBRITY IOU will continue on Sunday nights in January. Their somewhat new show, DON’T HATE YOUR HOUSE WITH THE PROPERTY BROTHERS, will air on Mondays through February.

Ty Pennington’s ROCK THE BLOCK will be back this spring with Season 7. It will have something new as celebrities and HGTV stars team up to compete. UGLIEST HOUSE IN AMERICA will have episodes starting Jan. 7.
RENOVATION ALOHA Season 3 will debut this year, as will THE FLIP-OFF Season 2, CASTLE IMPOSSIBLE Season 2, LOVE IT OR LIST IT, HOLMES ON HOMES: BUILDING A LEGACY, ZILLOW GONE WILD, MY LOTTERY DREAM HOME and REHAB ADDICT.
A new show, CHEAP [expletive] BEACH HOUSES, will premiere Jan 7. It follows bargain hunters as they search for beach homes on a budget. Another new show, NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH, premieres on Jan 7. It features authentic security footage from doorbell cams across the US.
BACHELOR MANSION TAKEOVER will also debut this spring. It takes 12 prior contestants from THE BACHELOR, who work in pairs to renovate the show’s mansion.
Charlie Kawas’ BOTCHED HOMES, in which shows the contractor fixing damaged houses, will premiere sometime in 2026. WILD VACATION RENTALS will also come out sometime this year. It features Darcy Carden and Sherry Cola as they explore strange places travelers can stay. WORLD’S BARGAIN DREAM HOMES will also make a 2026 debut.
Other new shows are CONDEMNED, INN THIS TOGETHER and PROPERTY BROTHERS: UNDER PRESSURE, where the bros help buyers make informed decisions about their homes.
In INN THIS TOGETHER, the Napiers help their friends renovate a hotel in downtown Laurel, Mississippi.
A few shows are still in limbo: UNSELLABLE HOUSES, DOWN HOME FAB, DIVIDED BY DESIGN, SIN CITY REHAB, 100 DAY DREAM HOME and HELP! I WRECKED MY HOUSE.
Jasmine Roth, who hosts HELP! I WRECKED MY HOUSE said, “I’m excited to see what 2026 brings and what HGTV looks like in five, six months from now because I honestly don’t know what it’ll look like, but I hope to be a part of it.”
