HGTV Stars Dave and Jenny Marrs Announce Big FIXER TO FABULOUS News

HGTV duo Dave and Jenny Marrs announced their season 5 return of FIXER TO FABULOUS.
The couple announced their return via Instagram.
They wrote, “BIG NEWS!! ? We can finally spill the beans on what we’ve been up to for the past four months… we have been busy filming SEASON FIVE of Fixer to Fabulous!!!! 16 new episodes will begin airing on @hgtv next January! ?”
“We couldn’t have ever seen this wild ride on the horizon but, gracious, are we thankful for it,” the couple added. “We don’t take any of this for granted – the fact that we get to do what we love, alongside a team of people we adore is an absolute gift. And, the fact that you all choose to watch the journey from your living rooms with your families is just something we’ll never fully wrap our head around. We are truly, truly grateful!!!! THANK YOU and we will see you in January!! ??”
The HGTV series will air season 5 in January 2024 and will consist of 16 new episodes.

Even after the cameras stop rolling, the couple continues to work hard. They pick their kids up from school or after-school activities and head home for a family dinner.
“Dave will make dinner, and we’ll talk everything through to come up with a plan and a story for each house [we’re working on],” Jenny said. “We stick to that blueprint as much as we can. There are always things that go wrong, orders that are canceled or delayed. With construction, so much can go awry.”
Dave revealed that he and Jenny were initially unsure about signing on to do FIXER TO FABULOUS because they had young children at home.
“Our producer said to us, ‘If you just have this one chance to shine a national spotlight on your nonprofit work, it’s worth it,’” he explained.
The Marrs family works with many orphanages in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where they adopted their daughter, Sylvie. They also help an agricultural charity based in Zimbabwe that they support with funds from their blueberry farm.
