Christian Singer Recovering After Knee Replacement Surgery

Jeremy Camp is back home and resting after his second procedure this year.

“Merry Christmas!! Time for another surgery!! Matt here posting this for Jeremy. If you think of it today say a prayer for my best buddy!! Finally getting his knee replacement surgery!!,” a Dec. 4 post on Camp’s Instagram read.

“If you came to the fall tour he mentioned it during shows. It has been super hard physically to perform and finally going to get back to 100 percent and ready for tour next year!! Super excited about that! Gonna be a long recovery with rehab and getting back to full strength, but my bro will get it done!!”

He added that Camp will probably check in on his social media every now and then while he recovers.

He later added an update: “He’s home and resting! Thank you for praying!”

Camp’s wife, Adrienne, also let fans know on his Insta story that “Jeremy is home and resting.” She added, “He’s such a trooper.”

Camp had cardiac ablation surgery only nine months earlier due to a heart condition known as AFib.

He said ahead of the surgery, “They’ll go through the veins in my leg and they help this thing called AFib. My heart is in a crazy rhythm and it’s affecting a lot of things.”

“Tonight, I went into AFib on stage and had to cut the set short,” he continued. “That was difficult. It beats really really fast, and I can’t breathe and it’s hard to function.”

After the surgery for his heart, Adrienne told fans, “Surgery was a success but it’ll take a few months to fully heal. We are beyond grateful for how you guys have cared for us in prayer. Also, so grateful for an incredible Dr and staff. ‘My strength and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Ps 73:26”

No other updates have been given about Camp’s current condition post-knee surgery since Dec 5.
