Jill Wagner Shares Quiet Farm-Life Moment: ‘What God Has Created’

Jill Wagner is reminding us to take a moment to “really think about what God has created for all of us.”
“I just wanted to share this moment with you guys because this is one of my favorite times on the farm,” Wagner said in a video for Great American Community.
She turns the camera to show the beautiful view on her family’s farm, saying, “It’s dusk, and the fireflies are out. I just love fireflies. They’re just absolute magic. They remind me of my childhood. God’s free entertainment.”
“I think everybody, once in a while, needs to just stop like I did…and just stop and take a look around,” Wagner continued. “Wherever you are — even if you’re in a city, there’s beauty to be had everywhere. Really think about what God has created for all of us and how lucky we are, and about the good things, because you can dwell on the negative, but that doesn’t do any good.”
Wagner has an Instagram account for the farm, called Scott Mansion Farms, where she posts pictures of the fields and animals.
“We bought this farm in hopes of restoring the old home place and preserving a piece of history while giving our girls a beautiful place to grow up,” she wrote. “This has been a labor of love but we fall more in love with it every day. It’s our pleasure to share it with you all.”
One of Wagner’s upcoming projects is AURORA CHRISTMAS, set to be part of Great American Family’s holiday lineup.
“I am so excited to continue my relationship with GAF with this great film and so blessed to have this incredible cast around me,” she said in a statement about the movie.

Per Deadline, “The movie follows Erin (Wagner), who joins her dad Doug (Boxleitner) for a Christmas in the family’s former hometown of Aurora on a mission that is part business and major bucket list item for Erin to see the Aurora Borealis light up the Northern sky. Realtor Lori (Holly) and family friend and local tour guide Trevor (Hutch) create a Christmas inspired at every turn by faith, love, and hope, so much so that Christmas bells hung over decades in a forest grove ring an unbroken song, a harbinger of miracles to come.”
Wagner shared her excitement for the movie on social media.
She wrote, “God has blessed my life again by allowing me to work along side these actors. I admire them and I feel so honored to share my next Christmas film with them.”
