Joanna Gaines Encourages Fans with Adorable Home Lessons

Like so many Americans, Joanna Gaines is homebound with her family trying to find ways to pass the time.

The Christian design star is using her Instagram page to encourage followers to be creative, laugh, connect, and inspire others during this time at home.

She is even posting new challenge and activities every day that everyone can try and share on their own social media pages.

She started by posting a video of herself making her chocolate chip cookie recipe from her cookbook.

The video shared cute moments with the family as well as the FIXER UPPER star making the cookies.

With life looking quite a bit different than we’re all used to, our @magnolia family is looking for ways to focus on how we can make the most of our time spent at home, because honestly there’s no better place to be right now – and in the midst of all that’s going on, we believe that there is room for connection, creativity, laughter, and inspiration. ⠀ ⠀ So here’s what we’re gonna do: for the next few days, we’re going to share a new challenge and/or activity that we can all get in on together and share. She also shared another video of her making the Gaines family chili, with full steps and ingredients listed.

She ended the posts encouraging her followers to post what they are cooking at home on their social media accounts with the hashtag #webelieveinhome.
