A handful of Hollywood’s youngest stars are skipping the extended dating years their industry usually expects and heading straight into marriage — and, in a few cases, parenthood — well before turning 30.

Bradley Steven Perry and Natasha Bure Perry

“I’m most excited about creating a family, as well as pushing each other to be the best versions of ourselves as humans, in our family life, and creative work,” GOOD LUCK CHARLIE alum Bradley Steven Perry told PEOPLE after marrying actress Natasha Bure Perry.

Perry and Bure Perry wed in an intimate garden ceremony in Malibu on Sept. 14, 2025, after he proposed that April during a surprise family brunch in Santa Barbara. Bure Perry is the daughter of FULL HOUSE alum Candace Cameron Bure, who said Instagram that she and husband Val “couldn’t have asked for a kinder man than Bradley to love and care for our girl.”

“I personally can’t wait to have little Bradleys running around…Starting a life together is going to be the most incredible journey that I can’t wait to embark on,” Bure Perry said ahead of the wedding.

Eight months later, the couple made good on that wish. Movieguide® reported in May that the Perrys are expecting their first child, news Bure Perry’s mother celebrated on Instagram as the happiest surprise of her life.

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi

STRANGER THINGS star Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, son of rock star Jon Bon Jovi, followed a similar path. The pair, who started dating in 2021, married in May 2024 and adopted a daughter last summer.

“It’s been a beautiful, amazing journey — she’s taught us so much already,” Brown told British Vogue of her daughter and new family life. “Our days are filled with lots of cuddles and laughter and love. It’s just endless joy.”

“My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19,” Brown explained on the “SmartLess” podcast, recalling why she never saw early motherhood as unusual. Brown was 20 when she married Bongiovi.

Taylor Lautner and Tay Lautner

TWILIGHT alum Taylor Lautner and his wife, registered nurse Tay Lautner, married in November 2022 after five years together, and this spring they announced they, too, are expecting their first child, a girl.

“365 days of having the honor to call you my wife. Each day I somehow become a little more grateful,” Lautner wrote to his wife on their first anniversary, the same year the pair credited communication as the secret to their marriage.

Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse

Model Barbara Palvin and actor Dylan Sprouse rounded out the group. The couple wed in Palvin’s native Hungary in July 2023.

“I know it’s cliché, but a relationship is work,” Palvin shared in 2023. “There’s no human relationship that’s just going to be perfect. You have to be vulnerable with your partner and you have to be honest.”

The couple credited one rule for keeping their marriage strong: never spend more than two or three weeks apart, even when work pulls them to opposite coasts.

These unions swim against a stronger current. Michigan State University psychology professor Jennifer Watling Neal has found that the share of American adults who say they don’t want children at all rose from 14% to 29% between 2022 and 2023, a shift Movieguide® flagged as troubling for the future of the family.

Against that backdrop, watching famous twenty-somethings choose wedding vows and nursery paint colors over prolonged singleness is worth noticing. As Movieguide® noted after the Perrys announced their pregnancy, the couple shares a Christian faith, and if their marriages are any indication, this crop of young Hollywood parents seems to be building families on a foundation sturdier than the industry around them.
