Justin and Hailey Bieber ‘Prayed’ for First Baby: ‘Feel So Blessed’

Justin and Hailey Bieber’s new baby son is the biggest blessing for the couple.
“The pregnancy was something that they very much wished and prayed for,” a source close to the couple told PEOPLE. “The day they found out that Hailey was pregnant was the best ever for Justin. He was over the moon with excitement. It was a big celebration for them.”
Bieber announced their baby’s birth in an Instagram post, writing, “WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER.”
Hailey reshared the photo on her Instagram story, adding a blue heart and teddy bear emoji.
The Biebers were overjoyed to find out they were expecting, with a source telling PEOPLE the day they found out Hailey was pregnant was “just the best day for them.”
“Everyone is excited for them,” the source continued. “They will be great parents, and Justin will be super involved. This will be the next important project for him. He’s so excited to raise his baby…They have both been very emotional about it. They feel so blessed.”
The couple announced Hailey’s pregnancy earlier this year with a series of photos and videos posted to their social media pages. The announcement also included a video of the Biebers renewing their vows.

Grammy award-winning artist Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey, just announced that they’re pregnant with their first child, and the couple’s parents couldn’t be happier.
Bieber’s mom, Pattie Mallette, is excited to become a grandmother.
“I have been waiting for this day. Oh my gosh, I’m going to be a grandma!” she said in an Instagram video.
“Justin and Hailey, you are going to be the best parents ever,” Mallette continued. “And I am so excited. Oh, my goodness. Praise God!”
Hailey’s dad, Stephen Baldwin, also shared the news via his social media.
He posted a photo from the Biebers’ original announcement post along with 1 John 4:16, which reads, “God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.”
Baldwin wrote in the caption, “Love you guys ❤️ blessed beyond words🙏🏼 praise God 👶🏼let’s get ready to have some fun y’all 🎉”
