LOVE IT OR LIST IT co-host Page Turner recently took to Instagram to invite fans to submit their houses to the show if they feel they need of a major renovation.

“Do you want to be on TV? Is your current house no longer working for you, and you’re considering a move? Our skilled designer team of experts will transform your current living space into a stylish and functional environment that caters to you and your family’s needs, while our real estate guru is tasked with finding you the home of your dreams,” Turner posted on Instagram. “If you’re in the [Greater Toronto Area] and have a design budget of at least $75,000, then apply to be on this exciting series!”

The news is super exciting for fans, not only because they have a chance to be featured on the show, but because it also means filming for the next season will begin soon. While fans already knew LOVE IT OR LIST IT was coming back with a new season, the filming update is encouraging after HGTV dropped multiple beloved shows at the beginning of the summer.

Nonetheless, the next season of LOVE IT OR LIST IT will still feel a little different as fans get used to Turner following long-time host Hilary Farr’s exit after 19 seasons.

“I’ve given it so many years of my life,” Farr told PEOPLE a few years ago. “It’s got me through hard times. It’s got the audiences through hard times. It has evolved into a mainstay of people’s lives and it’s been incredibly gratifying. But now it’s time for me to move on and meet new challenges.”

“I realized that everything that I am as a woman, which is [that I] look for challenges, look for inspiration, look for new ideas, be excited about all the possibilities that are out there, had really needed to bloom and to find their way. I told everyone I’m done,” she added.

Turner has stepped in to fill Farr’s role, co-hosting alongside David Visentin, who focuses on the real estate side of the show while she tackles the renovation.

“This is a legacy show,” Turner said when she first joined the show. “I’m not here to erase that, I couldn’t if I wanted to. But I am here to bring Page and bring my experience and bring my design and add on to his nerves. That’s what I’m here to do. And to carry on this journey and this legacy of such an iconic show.”

LOVE IT OR LIST IT Season 21 is set to premiere on HGTV next year, though a specific release date has yet to be announced by the network.
