Jesus-filled influencer, wife, and mother of two, Brittany Lutz, shared how she wasn’t expecting to marry an actor but decided to trust God.
“Never take a chance before you check in with God. But if He gives the ok, jump in with both feet!” Brittany shared on social media. “I NEVER wanted to date an actor, let alone marry one, and here I am 😂.
“Sometimes the best things in life take you by surprise! Be open to a plan other than your own and a picture that looks different than the one you’ve painted for your life. You may just end up happier than you ever thought you could be,” she added.

Brittany and Kellan have been married since 2017 and could not be more blessed.
“So much to be thankful for!!! A life surrendered to God’s plans over ours will always lead to a life better than any life we could have ever dreamt up on our own,” she shared in a post for Thanksgiving. “His thoughts > our thoughts. His ways > our ways.”
Brittany often uses her platform to influence other moms and remind them to be who God created them to be.
“If you are the mom who was created with a God given gift to put together decor in a way that tells a story and can throw a fully thought-out, curated party with minimal effort, that’s AMAZING. And a God given gift!!” she shared. “But a lot of us just don’t have that in us, and that’s ok! I’ve seen too many people, many of my friends, feel down and stressed trying to keep up with the Joneses when it comes to birthday parties and holidays. Not to mention the money.
“So if you’re in need of it, here is the permission to those who just don’t have the gift, desire, or funds to curate the *perfect* aesthetic,” she continued. “Be free to use the same decorations. Be free not to buy all the latest trends. Be free to just BE with your families and laugh and bake and play and make all the memories! We only get one life! Our kids are only little for so many holidays! Let’s keep our eyes on the reason for the season and focus on what matters most.”
Brittany never thought she would end up marrying an actor; however, God had other plans. Brittany asked God for guidance when it came to dating Kellan, and God gave her the green light. The rest is history!
