NBA Star Jonathan Isaac Launches Pro-Faith, Family & Freedom Clothing Line

Orlando Magic star Jonathan Isaac released his new clothing brand UNITUS, which celebrates faith, family and freedom.
Isaac shared a photo of himself in a UNITUS hoodie on Instagram, saying, “Celebrating our values the way they deserve to be.”
UNITUS also shared, “What an incredible night for the #UNITUS launch event! True greatness is a movement and one that everyone gets to participate in to rep the values of Faith, Family, & Freedom.”

The event occurred Saturday night in Orlando, Florida, and included many all-stars and a performance from Grammy-nominated artist Tauren Wells.
“I do see this as something that is bigger than me. And so, for that, I have to give glory and honor to Jesus Christ,” Isaac said at the launch.
“The name UNITUS actually came from Dr. Hepburn,” Isaac said before explaining that in 2020, he was signed by Nike, but after suffering an injury, he was not re-signed to the brand. Hepburn encouraged him to start a sneaker company, which “blossomed” into a brand to “give people the freedom to buy with their values,” The Daily Wire reported.
Isaac added that understanding “true greatness” is key for the UNITUS brand.
“True greatness is the embodiment and the striving toward the values that we want to see celebrated in our marketplace and culture,” Isaac stated. “It’s one thing to say we stand for these values…It’s one thing to shout ‘faith, freedom and family’ from the rooftops…but if we’re not walking the walk, and talking the talk, then what does it really mean?”
“We know that true greatness is found in none other than Jesus Christ,” he explained, emphasizing that it’s not about “accolades.”
“So that is what makes us truly great, and so we can step into the world, as we are, with boldness and confidence, and say, ‘I am truly great. I don’t need to measure myself by world standards.’ And that is what UNITUS is about,” he concluded.
In a previous interview with CBN’s Faithwire, Isaac said, “UNITUS is desperately needed today, because more and more brands in the sports and leisure wear space are abandoning the consumers’ desire for them to be impartial on matters of culture, spirituality, and politics. Many brands have overtly endorsed harmful and divisive ideologies that have left consumers looking for alternatives.”
Isaac firmly believes that a “hopeful brand bolstered by values of faith in Christ, American freedom and family-building” is needed today.

He captioned the video, “Retail brands have the freedom to go woke. We have the freedom to create an alternative. UNITUS launches August 2023. Stay tuned 🙃. #WeAreUnitus”
In addition, Isaac stated in a PragerU interview, “We also have a freedom to create what we want to create. The hope is to be able to sign athletes across sports.”
He added, “As the day continues to get darker and darker and crazier and crazier, you standing up for what you believe in is only going to get harder. But is only going to become more necessary.”
