Dolly Parton tells all in her new memoir about her impressive music career.

Star of the Show: My Life on Stage releases Nov. 11. The deluxe edition can be pre-ordered for the price of $100. The basic version is priced at $55.

The deluxe edition features over 500 photos a list of her best performances, which spans eight pages. The slipcase has gilded edges, a satin ribbon marker and more extras that the basic version doesn’t possess, Billboard reported on May 21.

This is the third memoir that Parton has released, following Songteller: My Life in Lyrics and Behind the Seams: My Life in Rhinestones.

The book’s description reads, “In Star of the Show, the culminating book in Dolly Parton’s photographic trilogy — following Songteller (lyrics) and Behind the Seams (fashion) — the global superstar finally shares a definitive look at her career as one of the world’s most dazzling and beloved performers.”

“Featuring engaging stories and memories from Parton’s dynamic life behind the microphone, this book spotlights her signature performances and star-making moments,” it continues, “from singing in front of her family to premiering on the Grand Ole Opry stage and beyond.”

Parton is grateful to release her third book.

“I’m so proud that I’ve been able to spend the last 70 plus years doing what I feel I was born to do…singing, writing, and performing,” the superstar said. “Even prouder that I’ve been able to do it with and for my fans. God bless you everyone.”

Penguin Random House Audio is also publishing a spoken version of the book, read by Parton.

Last month, Parton said, “I’m so excited to finally share my new book with you, Star of the Show: My Life on Stage! This book is a celebration of my journey as a performer, filled with personal stories, cherished memories, and never-before-seen photos from more than seven decades on stage.”

This year, Parton is performing with an orchestra for her Threads: My Songs in Symphony tour, per Billboard.

“The threads of my life are woven together through my songs. That’s why this project, Threads: My Songs In Symphony, is so special to me,” Parton said in a statement. “It’s all about sharing my music and my musical journey with audiences in a new way. I’m really excited for fans to experience it for the first time with the Nashville Symphony!”

Parton’s next performance will be with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra on June 18, followed by the San Diego Symphony Orchestra on June 29. The tour will end in May 2026.
