Google released its end of year search recap, and Forrest Frank’s “Your Way’s Better” landed as a top ten song on the platform’s hum-to-search feature.

“You can hum, whistle or sing a melody to Google to solve your earworm…. After you’re finished humming, our machine learning algorithm helps identify potential song matches,” Google wrote in a blog post explaining the feature. “And don’t worry, you don’t need perfect pitch to use this feature. We’ll show you the most likely options based on the tune.”

This year, “Your Way’s Better” landed as the No. 8 song searched through hum-to-search, finding itself between “All the Way” by BibXThaPlug and Benson Boone’s “Mystical Magical.” While Google does not release specific numbers with these charts, it is clear that Forrest Frank’s song was on a lot of people’s minds this year.

While 2025 was a breakout year for Frank as he hit No. 1 across all charts and released multiple hit songs, his success and popularity has long been on the rise, something that he attributes to a revival taking place across America and a hunger for Christian content.

“There certainly may be a revival happening in our country. A lot of people throw that word around, but I got ot go to an event called Unite[US] with my friend JP. They go around to different college campuses, and they completely fill up their basketball arenas with kids [to gather and be baptized]. I think maybe 2,000 kids that night gave their life to Jesus. And it made me think back, because I gave my life to Jesus in college, and it’s just so real,” Frank said at the start of the year.

Even as Frank has gained more and more popularity this year, he has remained true to his goal of expanding the Kingdom, rather than working for his own glory. This was on full display in September when he honored Charlie Kirk after his death and lost 30,000 followers as a result. His response to this event was to encourage people to turn to the Lord, rather than changing his tune about Kirk and his family.

“30,000 people unfollowed me because I posted about Charlie Kirk and I posted that Jesus Christ is Lord,” Frank said in a TikTok video. “Good. I don’t want you to follow me. I don’t want you to track my music. I don’t want you to come to my shows. I don’t want you to do any of that if you don’t get this one thing. And that is follow Jesus Christ, the King of all Kings, the Lord of all Lords, the One who is and the One who is to come.”

“He’s coming back real soon. So if you have not gotten your heart right with Him and dropped down on your knees and repented to Him, today is the day. The hour is at hand,” he continued. “I don’t know if you can feel it too, there’s a heaviness. Something shifted, and I don’t care. I don’t care anymore. I just want you to know that Jesus Christ is here and He loves you.”

It seems like Frank’s popularity grows to newer heights every single year. 2025 was no exception and it will be exciting to see where the Lord takes his career as he enters into 2026 with a continued focus on the Gospel.
