Pop culture stars Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian say they read their Bible every day.
“I feel like people are always surprised [about my faith],” Kourtney said in a recent clip of her podcast. “Like, ‘What? You witches believe in God?'”
“I get that all the time,” Khloe agreed.
Khloe explained that people are shocked that she reads the Bible every day. Kourtney shared that she also reads a devotional daily.
“I’ve been trying to ask some of our friends out that live near us to do a Bible study,” Kourtney said. “Which I think would be amazing for the adults.”
In a caption with the post, Kourtney said, “In Jesus’ name…this part of the podcast didn’t get super deep on the subject of faith because I feel like we know so much about each other as sisters that it’s hard to imagine what others don’t know.”
“We were raised with a Christian father and mother who both modeled such beautiful relationships with Jesus and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to carry on those traditions and share that faith with my own children.”

However, the Kardashian family has acted in ways that don’t glorify God, and there was some debate in the comments.
“We have always been open about our love for Jesus Christ,” Khloe responded. “I have been His child for all my life. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. Always has been.”
“I wouldn’t have survived if I didn’t have Him to rely on. My relationship with the Lord is not up for debate. It’s very odd how many questions or side eyes are coming from people who claim they believe in Jesus Christ. It’s sad to observe but NO ONE will throw me off of my journey. In fact, I will pray for you,” she said.
In 2018, Kim Kardashian said that while their family isn’t vocal about their faith, they all start every day with a Bible verse their mom sends in their group chat.
Kim also said, “I’m probably more religious than most people guess. That’s how I manage life. I look at everything as lessons.”
“Things happen exactly the way that they are supposed to and take you exactly where you need to be. Even if it doesn’t make sense at the time, it’s leading you to a path,” she said.
May the Kardashians continue to grow and learn in their relationship with God.
