Khloe Kardashian Loves Motherhood: ‘Makes Me Happy’

In a new episode of THE KARDASHIANS, Khloe Kardashian opened up about how much she loves being with her kids, True and Tatum, despite being “scrutized” for the amount of time she spends with them.
“For some reason, I keep getting dissected and scrutinized for being ‘too mommy.’ Like you spend too much time with your kids, you never want to be social, you don’t have any friends, but for me, I genuinely feel like I was made to be a mom, and there’s no other place I would rather be than here with my kids,” she said, per PEOPLE.
“But there’s gonna be a time that my kids are gonna want to choose their friends over me,” Kardashian continued. “And right now, when I have the opportunity and the privilege of having dinner with my kids every night, I’m going to take advantage of that.
“In 15 years, my kids are never going to be like, ‘I really wish you worked more. I really remember that time that you were at work late,'” she added.
She explained that she parents differently from her sisters, Kim and Kourtney.
“My sisters and I, we all have different households, we raise our kids differently. I’m not judging if everyone’s happy and healthy and great, then wonderful, but my type of parenting is we do everything by a schedule,” Kardashian said.
“Like my kids do love this security of knowing, okay, after I take a bath, I know it’s time to get in my pajamas and lay in bed and watch TV with my mommy. It works for me and my family,” she added.
Kardashian often shares photos of her children on her social media.
In a post from three weeks ago, she praised True for her great dance recital.
“My girls had their dance recital yesterday! Year 3 done ??♀️??♀️ I can’t believe they already have done three years of dance,” she wrote. “Life is moving quickly. They did two dances this year- Ballet and hiphop. I am so so proud of them! They were absolutely perfect ? obviously none of our girls wear makeup like this regularly. This was for the recital only. They are beautiful just as they are. Yesterday was super special ? memories for a lifetime.”
“My favorite part about being a mom, I mean it’s so corny, but it’s just like, no matter how tired you are, it’s complete bliss, no matter what,” she said previously. “It’s just the best, and the love that you get and that you also get to give and receive…it’s just, it’s beautiful.”

Kardashian shared multiple videos on Instagram of herself and her daughter that showed the mother and daughter donating holiday gifts.
“While I was watching the news, I came across a story that mentioned toy donations are down more than 50% this year,” Kardashian said in her Instagram caption. “Of course this year has been incredibly tragic for so many people. This year so many people, understandably so, aren’t able to give back in the ways they used to. But there are so many other ways we can give back.”
The star continued: “Being kind to one another seems so simple but in these dark times we need kindness and compassion more than ever. Calling isolated ,lonely friends and family. Checking in on one another’s morale to remind people that they are loved and not alone. Writing letters to children or elderly in the hospital… Sometimes we forget about the simple things that can completely change someone’s mood, and make their day.”
