More Detail:
10 YEARS follows a group of high school classmates at their ten year reunion. As is typical when having a large cast, 10 YEARS has an episodic plot line merely about how the night at the reunion unfolds.
Ten years have passed, and it’s time for Jake to go back to his high school reunion. He decides to bring his girlfriend, Jess. However, Jake’s high school sweetheart, Mary, is at the reunion also. This throws off Jake’s plan to propose to Jess. The whole night he has the desire to reconnect with Mary.
Though this is the case, Mary has already gotten married. Of course, two high school sweethearts have married and have children, Cully and Sam. Cully was the high school football star while Sam was a leading cheerleader, but now they are married with children. Wishing he had never grown up, Cully drinks way too much at the reunion in order to relive high school days.
Meanwhile, two best friends, Marty and A.J., try to win the heart of the most attractive girl in the class, Anna. Anna wants to show she has maintained that status and shows up to the reunion in a tight red dress. She flirts with both Marty and A.J., even though A.J. is married. While A.J. and Marty are getting the attention of Anna, Reeves, who has become a famous singer, is trying to get the attention of his high school crush, Elise.
The night unwinds in a funny way as each character builds on one relationship or another. People have changed since high school and things are not as they appear, but all and all, friends are still friends.

Instead, it’s rather episodic and seems to just portray the night’s events. Despite this problem, things play out in an entertaining manner, with some good acting to support the characters.
