A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ORGY

"Politically Correct Pagan Hedonism"

What You Need To Know:

In A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ORGY, Eric and Mike are buddies. Every year, they host wild theme parties at Eric’s family home in the Hamptons outside New York City. After a wild July Fourth party, Eric’s divorced father informs Eric he’s selling the house. Eric and Mike decide to hold one final epic party on Labor Day. Eric proposes they hold “a good old fashioned orgy,” but just among their closest friends, which include three other guys and four women. Everyone decides against it except one woman, who’s had an unrequited crush on Eric for years, but, when one of the other women breaks up with her stuffy boyfriend in the group, she changes her mind. Soon, the rest of the gang agrees. The problem is, how can Eric stop the two female realtors from selling the house before Labor Day?

A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ORGY is one of the most offensive movies ever made. The story itself is rather pointless, just an excuse to titillate moviegoers. Only the lyrics for a song over the final credits tell you what the movie’s real, politically correct message is, “Abstinence, don’t do it.”

More Detail:

A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ORGY, another R-rated comedy that should be rated NC-17 (or, preferably, not even be made in the first place), is one of the most offensive movies ever made. The story itself is rather pointless, just an excuse to titillate moviegoers. Only the title and lyrics for a song over the final credits tell you what the movie’s real message is, “Abstinence: Don’t do it.”

In the story, Eric and Mike are best buddies. Every year, they host a series of wild theme parties at Eric’s family home near the beach in the Hamptons outside New York City. After a wild July Fourth party called “The White Trash Bash,” Eric’s divorced playboy father comes by and informs Eric that he’s selling the house. Eric and Mike decide to hold one final epic party on Labor Day. Eric proposes that they hold “a good old fashioned orgy,” but just among their closest friends, which include three other guys and four women (two of the guys are dating two of the women in the group).

All except one of the women, Sue, who’s had an unrequited crush on Eric for years, decide against the orgy, but, when one of the other women, Alison, breaks up with her stuffy, eccentric English boyfriend in the group, she changes her mind. Soon, the rest of the gang changes their minds.

So, Eric and Mike start planning the orgy. Before they do, they visit a local private swingers club, to take notes. The only problem is, how can Eric hold off the two female realtors trying to sell the house before Labor Day? Since one of the realtors is an attractive blonde woman, Eric decides to woo her and get her to help him, without telling her about the plans for the orgy. Complications ensue when Eric starts falling for the girl.

Viewers are left in doubt, until the fateful evening arrives, whether these morons will actually go through with the orgy. In fact [SPOILER ALERT], when Eric and his friends start off the evening with a nervous toast, some secrets and resentments come out, including Sue’s longtime crush on Eric. This at first causes some recriminations and angry argument, but things suddenly turn, and the orgy begins and continues until the end, in fairly graphic ways, though stopping short of actual hardcore pornography.

The next morning, everything returns back to normal. Eric is now ready to start a steady relationship with the realtor, Sue has gotten over her crush, one of the other guys decides to start a relationship with one of the other girls, and everyone, including the young realtor who’s kept in the dark, frolic on the beach. A clip over the end credits reveals Mike, Eric’s best friend, starting his own private swingers club and welcoming a couple at the door.

Nothing much happens, other than lewd jokes, explicit foul language, and graphic sex and nudity, in this poor excuse for a movie. The minor changes that occur in some of the characters are too minor to support a whole movie. The only message seems to occur in the politically correct lyrics to the final song over the end credits, which vociferously urge people not to abstain from sex before marriage.

A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ORGY is a thoroughly abhorrent, evil movie. It’s a holdover from the Anti-Christian, Anti-American, pagan left’s “Sexual Revolution” of the 1960s, which had many roots in the alcohol infused and drug-addled homosexual and bi-sexual Beatnik Generation of the late 1940s and the 1950s. Apparently, judging from the end credits song, this movie is part of that radical attack on America’s Christian, biblical values. Sadly, however, it is movies like this one that creates the culture that seduces children, teenagers and young adults into rejecting Jesus Christ and His Church and indulging in sinful pleasures that endanger their health, future success, mental stability, and eternal destiny.
