Great American Family has a brand new Christmas movie in the works!
“In HOMES FOR THE HOLIDAYS, big city realtor, Grace Sawyer returns to her hometown of Evergreen Falls to lead the local realty office, just as the team nears an annual sales goal that would win the employees a dream vacation,” an official synopsis of the movie shared.
It continued, “On Grace’s first day, she accidentally ruins a once-in-a-year sunset photo for local photographer Luke Davies, who also shoots listings for the agency. Will a chance to own her dream home and to snag a permanent role managing the firm in her small-town lead Grace to love and a future she never expected.”
WHEN HOPE CALLS’ Cindy Busby and Sam Page, star of holiday movies like JOY FOR CHRISTMAS and DECK THE HALLS ON CHERRY LANE, will lead the project.
HOMES FOR THE HOLIDAYS is set to premiere as part of GAF’s 5th Anniversary Great American Christmas event, which will start in October.

“The fifth Anniversary of Great American Christmas is a major milestone for our company and our audience,” Bill Abbott, President and CEO of Great American Media, said in a statement. “What began as an alternative new holiday tradition has become a beloved cornerstone for viewers who want uplifting stories rooted in faith and family and marks a truly special milestone.”
GAF has plenty of other exciting Christmas movies on the way, including the Mario Lopez-led A CHRISTMAS SPARK. The actor stars as a former lawyer who decides to change careers and become a firefighter.
“It has been a joy to produce and star in A CHRISTMAS SPARK,” Lopez said in a statement. “The movie is extra special to me because of my admiration for firefighters who worked night and day to save lives and property during the recent fires in Los Angeles. Each time I wore the firefighter uniform it was a personal tribute to the brave men and women who worked tirelessly to save our city. Their courage, selflessness, and resilience embody true heroism, and this project is dedicated to them…true heroes.”
Candace Cameron Bure, the Queen of Christmas herself, will star in two movies — ANOTHER SWEET CHRISTMAS, the sequel to the popular HOME SWEET CHRISTMAS, and TIMELESS TIDINGS OF JOY, which co-stars Bure’s daughter Natasha.
“In a world of technology, TIMELESS TIDINGS OF JOY harkens back to a simpler time and the core values passed to us by our parents and grandparents,” the FULL HOUSE actress said in a statement. “It reminds us that the best gifts we receive are the ones we freely give away.”
From sequels and beloved holiday projects to new stories with favorite familiar actors, GAF’s slate of Christmas movies is sure to be amazing!
