More Detail:

The movie WILD WEST, set in Southall, England, is about Zaf and three Muslim Pakistani friends who desire to break into the music business in Nashville with their band called the Honky Tonks. Involved in a crooked used car business, the friends become hopeful about their future when they hire Rhea, a Pakistani woman, as their band’s lead singer. Despite Rhea’s being married, she and Zaf become sexually involved from the first night she joins them. The main theme of WILD WEST seems to be that teenagers with no morals or education can accomplish anything. One obscure story line has violent hoodlums trying to kill the boys in the band.

Obscene language abounds in this film, and while Zaf seems to care about his mother, a devout Muslim, he thinks little about lying to her and doing things which he knows will upset her. The implied adulterous sexual relationship between Zaf and Rhea gives teenagers wrong ideas about the sanctity of marriage. Moreover, afterward, Rhea confesses that she only used Zaf because she felt emotionally needy. Also, the band steals a police car and guitars for a night of pleasure in London. Even though WILD WEST is a film of little consequence, the music and story are likely to appeal to teenagers. Although WILD WEST has no official rating, if it were rated, it would probably receive an R.
