Singer and actor Pat Boone loves spending quality time with his family, sharing a sweet photo on Instagram.

In the photo, the 91-year-old can be seen sitting on the stairs with his four daughters Cherry Lynn, Linda Lee, Debby and Laury.

“My four beautiful daughters came for a visit today to the house we’ve called home for 65 years. Lots of stories, memories and laughter. I’m a very proud daddy,” he said in the caption.

People in the comment section were sweet and supportive. “You’re blessed with a beautiful family. And they are blessed with an incredible Father. Blessings to you all,” one person said. Another user added, “You’re a very BLESSED man and father👏”

Boone frequently beams over his family. In another post last month, he shared a photo of himself and his daughter Cherry when she was a young child at the beach.  In the post, he advertised his “’Songs About The Weather’ themed show on ‘The Pat Boone Hour’ on SiriusXM ’50s Gold!”

He noted that the photo showed the father and daughter “enjoying some beautiful weather in Florida in 1956.”

Besides his own family, Boone is passionate about families in Africa who do not have clean drinking water.  He has created an organization called Pat Boone World Missions which aims to “bring clean water and basic necessities to Tanzania.”

A link on his website shares devastating water crisis facts:

An estimated 790 million people are living without access to clean drinking water. Furthermore, about 1.8 billion people are living without improved sanitation practices. Women and children spend an estimated 200 million hours daily collecting contaminated and unsafe water, leading to nearly 2,000 child deaths per day due to water-borne illnesses.

Other artists including Vince Gill, Alabama, Lee Greenwood, Larry Gatlin, Pam Tillis, Deborah Allen, Billy Dean and Wendy Moten have partnered with Boone to help address the water crisis.

“This is the most important thing I have ever done,” Boone told Main Street Nashville earlier this year. “The life expectancy of a child born in the wild in Tanzania is five years. But the water is poisoned everywhere.”

John Bongiorno, the president of WorldServe International, added, “Every year, over 100,000 lives are transformed through our large-scale, sustainable, solar-powered water projects. It’s remarkable what happens when dedicated business leaders, professional athletes, government and ministry leaders come together to make this happen.”

He continued, “The impact of Pat and Shirley Boone’s vision on the everyday lives of the Maasai people is a testimony to their Christian faith and willingness to engage Pat’s global audience for the good of others.”

Praise God for Boone’s incredible legacy!
