Cameron and BJ Arnett are the latest stars to join upcoming scripture event America Reads the Bible.
“We are thrilled to unite with the body of Christ as national spokespersons of America Reads the Bible, to advance the Word of God in our culture and to see its far-reaching impact on individuals, families, communities and businesses across the U.S.,” the Arnetts shared in a joint statement.
In addition to their work in the entertainment industry — the couple recently appeared in THE FORGE together — the Arnetts also founded Christ Over Career, a traveling and teaching ministry.
Christians Engaged founder and America Reads the Bible organizer Bunni Pounds praised the Arnetts for being “strong leaders of integrity who carry the presence of God wherever they go — whether in the arts and entertainment world or in business or ministry.”

“Cameron and BJ are a Godsend to this national movement to reflect on the Bible’s historic role in American life and its ongoing relevance for every community,” she continued.
America Reads the Bible will be held April 19-26, 2026 at Washington D.C.’s Museum of the Bible. All seven days of the event will be livestreamed by Great American Pure Flix.
“This is a national call to ignite revival, inspire discipleship, and unite believers through the power of Scripture,” Pounds said of the event in a press release. “We believe the Word of God can transform individuals and nations — and we’re inviting Americans to participate by listening or reading it aloud together, in a powerful act of unity and faith.”

Candace Cameron Bure has been named as one of the spokespeople for America Reads the Bible.
“Candace has been a trusted voice for faith and family values for decades, and we’re honored to have her serve as a top spokesperson for America Reads the Bible,” Abbott said in a statement. “Recent tragedy has reminded us how important it is to come together around faith and prayer. This historic event will allow us to share God’s Word in a way that will uplift and strengthen our country. We are honored to be part of such a meaningful celebration.”
