Kansas City Chief’s kicker, Harrison Butker was praised after he spoke on the importance of pro-life at the White House ceremony for the Super Bowl champions.

“I want to give the most vulnerable, the unborn, a voice at a place where every effort has been made to allow and normalize the tragic termination of their lives,” Christian Headlines reported of Butker.

“As a father who has experienced three miscarriages, my wife and I understand the hardships that come with losing a child,” he added. “Every life is precious and should be valued whether outside or inside the womb.”

Butker was spotted endorsing a tie made by pro-life organization Live Action. The tie contained the Latin phrase “Vulnerari Praesidio” on it, which means “protect the most vulnerable.”

Pro-life activist Anna Lulis tweeted of Butker, Super Bowl champion, Harrison Butker (@buttkicker7) wore a pro-life tie behind the most pro-abortion U.S. President, Joe Biden. The tie said PROTECT THE VULNERABLE in Latin. This is what real masculinity looks like, courageously standing up for the most vulnerable, the preborn.”

Movieguide® recently reported on Butker’s commencement speech at Georgia Institute of Technology:

Butker touched on success and that “none of it will matter if you are alone and devoid of purpose.”

He continued, “Some of the most important people who have ever lived remain unknown and their stories have yet to be told. But they still used their God-given talents to do great things and change the world. What a profound example, to be motivated by our purpose rather than the current spotlight on the world.”

He then began to touch on the state of culture in the country and said, “anyone with eyes can see it.”

Butker offered encouragement to the graduates, “I can offer one controversial antidote that I believe will have a lasting impact for generations to come – get married and start a family.”

He added, “None of these accomplishments mean anything compared to the happiness I have found in my marriage and in starting a family. My confidence as a husband and father, and yes, even as a football player is rooted in my marriage with my wife.”

Butker concluded with one final statement, “As we leave our mark on future generations by the children we bring into the world, how much greater of a legacy can anyone leave than that?”
