HGTV star Page Turner recently reflected on “full circle” moments while celebrating her latest gig as co-host on LOVE IT OR LIST IT.
“Flying from home in LA, back to my other home in Toronto to get back to work & wearing my Mama’s scarf is (now) always such an emotional sitch,” she wrote in an Instagram caption. “I used to be so thrilled landing in Toronto and being so grateful God included my Mom in my full circle journey.”
Turner explained that her first show, FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE, was filmed in her father’s hometown. Her next project, FIX MY FLIP, was made in Los Angeles, where Turner was “born and raised.”

“I always felt like, sorry Ma, you’re in my heart because I had one show where my Dad is from & another where I’m from, but not where she’s from — Toronto,” she continued. “But honestly, how could it be, seeing that she’s from a whole other country and I’m filming American shows…???”
Turner wrote, “BUTTTTT then, when you pray for enLARGEd territory, are we reallllly thinking BIG enough?! Because BOOM, here comes the promotion & elevation straight from the seeds of prayers planted in heaven that I didn’t even directly pray for (ok that was dramatic, but so true! 🤣) — that God would NEVER EVER leave MY Mama out of this equation!!”
The HGTV personality announced that she has been “brought FULL CIRCLE as your new, amazinggggg & brilliant 🤣👸🏽 Co-host on #LoveItoListIt @hgtv where??? … 🥁🥁in TORONTO!!”
“I’m so ridiculously honored & grateful to be here & working in my dream, my mind is blown every day!” Turner wrote. “And now that my sweet Mama has left me in this realm, there are different feelings of such absence landing here, but at the same time, soooo much immense gratefulness that God Himself ordered my steps, promotion & elevation to complete such a full circle journey. I’m so blessed she got to see it happen.”
Speaking to Collider about her new role on LOVE IT OR LIST IT, Turner said, “It’s an honor. I’m just very blessed to be able to do this and to carry on the legacy of this show. I mean, this is a flagship HGTV show and like, here I am. So, it’s just been amazing.”
Turner replaced Hilary Farr on LOVE IT OR LIST IT. Speaking to PEOPLE about her decision to leave the show, Farr said, “I’ve given it so many years of my life. It’s got me through hard times. It’s got the audiences through hard times. It has evolved into a mainstay of people’s lives and it’s been incredibly gratifying. But now it’s time for me to move on and meet new challenges.”
Season 21 of LOVE IT OR LIST IT is expected to premiere on HGTV later this year.
