Kevin Jonas’ daughters, Alena, 11, and Valentina, 9, make their movie debut in A VERY JONAS CHRISTMAS MOVIE on Nov. 14.
“I usually would be [nervous], but I wasn’t,” Valentina said.
The 9-year-old said she’d like to be in more movies one day, and both sisters said they enjoyed their time acting.
The movie features the Jonas brothers as themselves as they try to get home for Christmas. The bros encounter car trouble, try to board a private jet, hide behind royal guards and fight a pack of wolves before they get home to their families.
“It was great,” Kevin told E! News about filming with his family. “The first scene that we filmed of the movie was with everyone together as a family. Really got the film going strong right off the bat.”

“One of the things that we’re really excited about, and that was so appealing to us about doing this project, … is that there’s a full album that’s coming along with the film that has some holiday music and some other music,” Nick told PEOPLE at JONASCON in March.
Nick’s daughter and wife will also star in the movie.
“We’re playing ourselves,” Nick told E! News. “So, casting other people to be our family would not have been believable or worked. And it was just great to have them there and set the whole tone for the whole project.”
“This film for us is obviously exaggerated and heightened versions of ourselves,” he added. “But there’s a lot of truth in there.”
Nick said the movies’ writer and producers understood them well enough to bring the brothers’ real personalities to the script.
“They spent a lot of time trying to understand us better. And put something on the screen that feels universal,” he said. “And that families can connect with that doesn’t have to be us for it to make sense and to feel like they can connect. And that’s most important to us.”
ABC 7 reported some of the songs in the movie are “Best Night,” “Feel Something,” “Remember When,” “Better Off Alone,” “Home Alone,” “Time,” “Like It’s Christmas” (Studio, Live, and Reimagined Versions) and “Sucker” (Live Version).
Fans can pre-add or pre-save the album now and buy vinyl editions and merch available through Disney Music Emporium, which has a special gift with purchase while supplies last.
Billie Lourd, Laverne Cox, KJ Apa, Randall Park, Chloe Bennet, Andrew Barth Feldman and Andrea Martin will star in the film. It comes out on Disney+ and Hulu.
