Kirk Cameron Announces New ‘See You at the Library’ Tour This August

Kirk Cameron announced plans for a new “See You at the Library” tour to combat the ever-growing lies that are eating at the foundation of America’s values.
“It is not a surprise to anyone who loves God, who loves their children and who loves America that our country and our children are under assault today,” Cameron told Fox News.
“I remember very vividly how last year, the administration in Washington, D.C., hoisted a pride flag at the White House in violation of the flag code and invited a transgender person to come to a party at the White Houses, a person who was not only dressed in a flashy [way] but who was flashing the audience, including children, with their fake breasts on the White House lawn,” he continued.
“So many of our children are sadly being influenced to think that pride is a good thing – rather than the very dangerous thing that our previous generations warned about, that the Bible warns about, that our Founding Fathers warned about,” Cameron added. “There is no time to waste when it comes to teaching our children what’s important. I think we’re in the position that we’re in now as a nation as a result of the failure of good people to teach their children what is important.”
To combat these lies that are spread across the country, Cameron has partnered with Brave Books in recent years to publish children’s books that teach biblical values, as well as host events across the country to share the stories he has penned.
Last year, he hosted a “See You at the Library” tour where he visited libraries across the country to teach children conservative values. However, many of these locations pushed back against his event, despite them being public spaces, open to any event protected by the First Amendment. Threatened with legal action, these libraries were forced to allow Cameron’s event to be hosted, where he found support from hundreds of families.
Looking to build on the success of last summer and reach even more Americans, Cameron wants to double his efforts as he continues to fight against the erosion of America’s values.
“We are calling on families all across the nation to double what we did last year,” Cameron said. “We want to see over 500 libraries, 600 libraries, in all 50 states and tens of thousands of people gathering to say that we want to return to the American constitutional and biblical values in public libraries.”
“What we want to shed a light on is that pride is not the answer,” he continued. “Pride is dangerous. Love is the answer – which is embracing humility and kindness, faith, hope, and self-control. And that’s what we’re going to do on August 24th this summer.”
Cameron is also combatting the teachings found in many libraries by hosting book fairs at schools throughout the year to provide families with access to age-appropriate books that teach biblical values, rather than books that continue to celebrate immoral values.

To combat the proliferation of books that promote immoral content through schools, Kirk Cameron has started Sky Tree Book Fairs to celebrate family-friendly books.
“We see that there is such an avalanche of filth and material that’s twisting the minds of children about the most basic things of reality and families, genders, faith, what is American,” Cameron told CBN.
“We all grew up with Scholastic, everyone, as the publisher of these great books, and ‘Clifford the Big Red Dog’ and ‘Stuart Little’ and ‘James and the Giant Peach’ and all the fun little crossword puzzles,” he explained. “Well, their book fairs are now filled with the kind of progressive, socialist Marxist material that is undermining God, family, and the country.”
“We’ve decided to go after the head of the snake and find out who is filling libraries and schools with sexually explicit and gender-confusing material,” he said last year. “The head of the snake, the dealer of all of this is Scholastic Books, the largest producer of children’s books in America.”
