What’s Mark Wahlberg Most Thankful for? His ‘Relationship with God.’

Over Thanksgiving, Mark Wahlberg reflected on what he’s most thankful for — his ‘relationship with God.’
“An opportunity to continue to pursue a purpose-filled life,” the FATHER STU actor said when Fox News asked what he’s thankful for. “A relationship with God and a purpose-filled life. And I know that all of these things are part of the process to bring people together and connect people again and to find out what my purpose really is, and why He’s put me in this position and given me this platform and what to do with it.”
The actor recently opened a restaurant in Las Vegas.
“I have to attribute all my success to my faith,” he said at the eatery’s opening.

Wahlberg believes his faith has helped him be a better man.
“It’s a balance. I don’t wanna jam it down anybody’s throat, but I do not deny my faith. That’s an even bigger sin,” he explained. “You know, it’s not popular in my industry, but, you know, I cannot deny my faith. It’s important for me to share that with people.”
Wahlberg and his family were all together for Thanksgiving, shown in a rare photo of Wahlberg, his wife and their four kids.
“So grateful my whole family is home for the holiday. 💗🙏🏼🔗❣️,” Rhea shared with the photo on Instagram.
Later, Wahlberg shared a video of himself enjoying his “second” Thanksgiving meal at his new restaurant while having some alone time with his daughter, Ella.
The actor-entrepreneur is opening a new gym in Vegas that will be open to everyone, no matter how fit or unfit they are.
“We’re so excited because, look, we want to change the face of fitness, and we want to create something that’s super high-end and luxury with serious training for somebody who’s never been in the gym before and the most elite athlete,” Wahlberg said.
