Motorsports Star Brings Family to Church: ‘The Foundation’

Motorsports legend Brian Deegan is adamant about bringing his family to church whenever possible.

Deegan shared a photo of him and his family after church and encouraged other men to lead their families to church as well.

“Sunday service at church,” he began. “We are in a new time where censorship is dying. Authenticity is being valued (Rogan, Tucker, etc.) above all. A time where raising the next generation of strong men and women is upmost [sic] importance.”

“The expression of our family values, our values in Christ in all things, should be the foundation, and using our platforms that continue to grow for truth, understanding the value of our influence and a positive way for good,” the motorsports star continued. “Understanding our purpose, that should be our motivation. There is more than trophies and accolades. There is legacy of family and Christ that will live forever.”

“We are living in very powerful times that are only gonna get more interesting with opportunity for men that are honorable and speak the truth,” he added. “The country has spoken. Find community support, those that speak good, not evil. It’s OK, no more hiding behind the curtains on your beliefs. It’s OK, men, to speak up and be bold.”

This isn’t the first time Deegan has expressed his thoughts about leading his family to church.

In another post, he shared a snap of him and his son attending a Sunday service.

“As a father, I feel this foundation gives us the best fighting chance in the world we live in today,” he wrote. “And nothing makes me more proud to see my kids in church. As every man has their own path to walk, I will only tell you what has worked for me.”

Deegan came to faith in 2005 after a motorcycle accident nearly took his life.

“The accident cost him a kidney and four pints of blood but drew him to Jesus. He started giving Bibles to other riders. Before long, fellow motocross athletes Jeremy Lusk, Ronnie Faisst, and Jeremy Stenberg were joining him for Bible studies. The crew and culture of Metal Mulisha, Deegan’s group of riders known for its bad boy image, was transformed,” World reported.
