Natasha Bure Exits Hollywood for Texas: ‘Try Something New’

By Movieguide® Contributor

Natasha Bure, daughter of actress Candace Cameron Bure, announced that she is moving from Los Angeles to Texas, joining the growing list of celebrities leaving Hollywood.

“I’m really nervous,” Natasha confessed in a recent YouTube video. “But I’m nervous in a good way. I feel like there’s so much unknown for the future and that is a really, I don’t know, cool thing.”

She said she hopes to “learn lessons, grow and do something I wouldn’t normally do,” adding that this will be her first time living on her own.

“This is also the first time I’m ever officially living by myself,” she said. “It’s going to be a challenge, for sure, but I think it will be a good challenge for me. I feel like I’m in this little bubble in LA.”

“I know the city really well,” Natasha added. “I have so many friends that I really love, but I want to get out of my comfort zone and try something new.”

“I just want to meet new people, I want to learn lessons, I want to grow, and I feel like right now where I am in my life, this is the perfect opportunity to go and get out of my comfort zone . . . If I hate it, then I’ll move back or I’ll move somewhere different or whatever,” she reiterated.

While many would be nervous about moving out of state, Natasha explained, “If I love it, I love it. If I hate it, OK, then we’ll move on after a year.”

Fox News added, “Bure explained that she actually decided on the big move last December, and originally her plan was to leave California several months ago, but work and family obligations caused things to be pushed back.”

“However, the 25-year-old said that she’s not holding high hopes that her new era ‘needs to go a certain way,’ adding that she’s learned tough lessons in the past two years about managing expectations,” E! News wrote.

“I also don’t want to place these expectations of ‘it needs to go a certain way,’” she added. “So many things that I had in my mind didn’t go the way they were supposed to and sometimes that really hurt,” she recalled. “But in the long run, it was so beneficial, and I grew so much as a person, and I’m glad that those things didn’t work out because this was presented to me instead or, you know, whatever the case may be.”

Movieguide® previously reported on Bure:

Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter Natasha Bure shared why she has decided to dress more modestly.

“Modesty & I have come a long way truthfully,” she wrote in an Instagram story. “A year or two ago I dressed COMPLETELY different and showed WAY more of my body than I ever needed to.”

Natasha continued, “A lot of that came from where I was finding my worth and thinking that showing more skin was more attractive. I actually think the opposite now. I think dressing classy & upholding modesty is so beautiful. I’ll actually feel myself 100x more & am so much more confident in outfits that show less skin…”

“I still want to dress stylishly and keep up with the trends but I don’t ever want to compromise my values,” Natasha said. “I want my words and how I present myself to match!!”
