NBC just announced the stacked coaching lineup for Season 30 of THE VOICE.

The fall, veteran coaches Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine will be joined by rookies Queen Latifah and Riley Green.

“I’m having so much fun doing it,” Levine told PEOPLE at the Season 29 finale. “Since I came back a few seasons ago, it’s just been a blast, and I’m super happy to keep it going as long as they’ll have me.”

Latifah gave Entertainment Tonight some insights into the new gig.

“I wonder what they’re gonna call me,” she said before sharing some of her own ideas. “‘Coach La, yo Coach Queen! The Royal Rebels! It’s the Royal Rebels right here! What’s good?’ I don’t know, I gotta get in the mirror — I’m working on it! I’m working on my shtick, I gotta get in the mirror with it.”

Meanwhile, Green, a country artist and the other rookie coach, revealed that Clarkson has already started “talking a little trash.”

“It’s gonna be awesome,” Green also told Entertainment Tonight. “I’m so excited about getting to go, and I think probably more than anything help out some new up-and-coming artists. I imagine I’ll get a little more attached than I realize I will. I think it’ll be surprising to know what I’m drawn to, you know people probably think it’s traditional country but I grew up listening to all kinds of music. It’s gonna be fun.”

Season 30 premiere spans across three days on NBC:

  • Monday, Sept. 21: 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET
  • Tuesday, Sept. 22: 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET
  • Wednesday, Sept. 23: 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET

Carson Daly will also return as host. He’s excited about the coach lineup saying, “That’s a great panel right there.”

A new addition to THE VOICE this season is that the winner will also get to perform at the 2027 Governors Ball in Queens, New York.

“At its core, THE VOICE has always been about shining a light on undiscovered talent, giving rising artists a platform to showcase their vocal prowess and develop their stage presence,” Audrey Morrissey, executive producer and showrunner of THE VOICE, said in a press release. “Joining forces with Live Nation Studios and Governors Ball allows us a unique opportunity to take this exposure to the next level for our VOICE champion.”

By combining the coaching firepower of veterans like Levine and Clarkson with the fresh perspectives of Latifah and Green, THE VOICE continues to solidify its legacy as a premier launchpad for the music industry’s next generation of stars.
