Movie director/producer Steven Spielberg, who’s currently in post-production of WEST SIDE STORY, recently took time to act as a good Samaritan during the pandemic.

Spielberg, through his production company Amblin Entertainment, fed health care workers at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California, during the COVID-19 virus.

Fox News reported:

Included in the spread was a thank you card identifying the staff as “frontline ER heroes” and in a picture taken of the staff on Friday, they reciprocated the wishes by holding up individual handwritten signs that read; “Thank you from PSJMC staff,” along with another sign with the hashtag “#ComfortFood2020.”

PSJMC is the hospital near several major movie studios, including Disney and Warner Brothers.

It is so encouraging to see people using their resources to help others during this time of need.

Spielberg isn’t the only celebrity giving back to his community. For more uplifting content like this, click here.
