Kinsey attended Berry College in Georgia, where he set a “Southern Athletic Association-record 3,343 receiving yards and 50 receiving touchdowns,” Berry College reported. “He was among the best of the best on a team that has won four straight SAA championships and earned three consecutive bids to the NCAA Division III playoffs. He was a third-team D3football.com All-American and earned All-SAA first-team honors three years running.”

When asked why he chose Berry College, Kinsey emphasized the importance of staying close to his family.
“I wanted to stay close to home and go somewhere that I knew I could be productive and I felt that I made the right choice in Berry,” the wide receiver told Forbes. “I had great coaches, great teammates and a great school. Berry is a great place and they care about the people. You are not a product, you are a person and I really appreciate everything they did for me.”
His faith propelled him to work hard and achieve his dreams of being in the NFL. He has Proverbs 14:23 tattooed on his chest.
The verse reads, “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”
“I live that up,” the athlete told Forbes. “If you work hard, you are going to see the profits from it.”
Kinsey’s efforts were rewarded when he was officially moved from the practice squad to the 53-man roster in late October.
In the Titans’ game against the New Orleans Saints, Kinsey snagged a 34-yard reception that set up the Titans to score a touchdown.

Before his catch on Sunday, Kinsey had only appeared in “16 games, recording four receptions for 26 yards, and has played multiple roles on special teams,” the Tennessee Titans reported.
From a Division III college in Georgia to the Tennessee Titans NFL team, Kinsey has worked his way all the way to the top, keeping his faith in God as his No. 1 priority.
